1. Who we are
Sous Vide Protein is a meal-prep kitchen operating in Da Nang, Vietnam. By placing an order through our website you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full. Promotional offers (such as the free 200g chicken breast over 1.500.000₫ and the first-order 10% discount code) apply at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
3. Payment
We accept card payments (processed by Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and bank transfers (Wise or Vietnam bank QR). We do not accept cash on delivery. When you pay by card, your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
4. Pickup & delivery time
Customers may place an order at any time through our website. However, to receive your order the next day, your order must be placed before 11:00 PM the day before your desired pickup or delivery date.
Pickup and delivery are available the next day between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM only. This cutoff allows us enough time to prepare, portion, and package your meals properly.
Example: If you want to receive your order tomorrow between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM, please place your order before 11:00 PM today. Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available pickup or delivery day.
We deliver within Da Nang. The delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery information. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary with weather, traffic, and kitchen availability.
5. Missed pickup or failed delivery
Please make sure you are available at your confirmed address and pickup time. Since every package is prepared fresh based on your order, missed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has started.
Please also make sure your phone is reachable during the delivery window. If the shipper cannot contact you due to an unreachable phone number, no response, incorrect delivery information, or customer unavailability, the order will still be charged.
If you prefer, you may leave a note requesting the package to be left at reception, security, front desk, or another designated location. In this case, proof of delivery may be provided by the shipper, and the order will be considered completed once the package has been delivered to the requested location.
We will do our best to help arrange another pickup or delivery time when possible, but an additional delivery fee may apply. We do not assume responsibility for the quality of food when it is delivered or received after the pickup time exceeds five hours or more.
If the delivery fails due to an unexpected fault from the shipper, such as delay, accident, route issue, or other delivery-related problems, we will notify you as soon as possible and help arrange the best available solution. Depending on the situation, this may include rescheduling delivery, arranging pickup, or preparing a replacement package when necessary.
6. Food safety and allergens
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles fish, dairy, soy, gluten, and other common allergens. If you have a serious allergy, contact us before ordering. Once delivered, meals must be kept refrigerated and consumed within the timeframe noted on the packaging.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Orders that have not entered preparation can be cancelled by contacting us on WhatsApp. Because our meals are perishable and made to order, we cannot accept returns once an order is in preparation or has been delivered. If something is wrong with your order, message us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
