Sous Vide Protein is a meal-prep kitchen operating in Da Nang, Vietnam. By placing an order through our website you agree to these terms.

Prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full. Promotional offers (such as the free 200g chicken breast over 1.500.000₫ and the first-order 10% discount code) apply at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

We accept card payments (processed by Stripe), bank transfers, and cash on delivery. When you pay by card, your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

We deliver within Da Nang. A flat delivery fee of 30.000₫ applies to every order. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary with weather, traffic, and kitchen availability.

Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles fish, dairy, soy, gluten, and other common allergens. If you have a serious allergy, contact us before ordering. Once delivered, meals must be kept refrigerated and consumed within the timeframe noted on the packaging.

Orders that have not entered preparation can be cancelled by contacting us on WhatsApp. Because our meals are perishable and made to order, we cannot accept returns once an order is in preparation or has been delivered. If something is wrong with your order, message us within 24 hours and we will make it right.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
