Privacy Policy

When you order from us we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, delivery address, and any notes you add to your order. If you pay by card, payment details are entered directly into Stripe and never reach our servers.

Your information is used to fulfil your order, contact you about it (typically by WhatsApp), and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We may use your phone or email to send order updates and, occasionally, information about new products. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Order data is stored in our Supabase database. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We retain order records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under Vietnamese law. Contact details are retained for the lifetime of your relationship with us unless you ask us to remove them.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send any such request to sousvideprotein@gmail.com.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to operate the cart and checkout. We also use Google Ads (operated by Google LLC) to measure how our advertising performs. When the Google Ads tag is active, Google may set cookies on your device and collect information such as the pages you visit, the page that referred you, your approximate region, and how you interact with our ads.

This data is used to count ad clicks and conversions and to improve our advertising campaigns (measurement and ad optimisation). Google is the recipient of this data and may process it outside Vietnam; see Google's own privacy policy for details.

When you complete an order we report the purchase to Google Ads, including the order total, currency and order reference, so we can see which ads lead to sales. If, and only if, you have accepted advertising cookies, we also send your email address and phone number to Google in a matched form to improve the accuracy of that measurement. If you have not accepted, no such details are sent.

Where cookie consent is required by law (the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), Google's tag is set to store nothing on your device until you accept in the cookie banner, and your choice (including when you made it and the notice shown) is stored on your device. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent applies immediately to future measurement and is never overridden by an earlier acceptance. You can also opt out of personalised Google advertising via Google Ad Settings.
